Refund policy
Overview
Due to the nature of our inventory—including new, used, pre-owned, vintage, collectible, discontinued, and limited-edition items—all sales are considered final unless qualifying return conditions outlined below are met.
We strongly encourage customers to carefully review all product descriptions, photos, sizing, compatibility, and condition details prior to completing a purchase.
All photos are considered part of the item description.
Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within:

7 calendar days from the date tracking confirms delivery, or

14 calendar days from the order date, whichever occurs first.
If tracking is not provided, return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the order date.
Requests submitted outside of these timeframes will not be eligible for review unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Submitting a return request does not guarantee approval.
Eligible Return Conditions
Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

A significant listing error occurred on our end

A verified shipping carrier error results in loss or transit damage
We do not accept returns for:

Buyer’s remorse

Failure to read listing details

Changed preferences

Minor cosmetic imperfections consistent with listing photos

Manufacturer variances

Age-related wear occurring after use
For older or vintage items, including deadstock footwear, natural material aging (including sole separation, glue separation, midsole deterioration, or material breakdown after wear) is not considered a defect.
Return Requirements
To qualify for a return:

The request must fall within the stated return window

The item must be returned in the exact same condition in which it was received

All original components, packaging, inserts, documentation, and accessories must be included

All security verification measures must remain fully intact
Items returned with:

Missing components
-
Signs of wear or use

Removed or altered tags

Swapped parts

Internal tampering

Damaged or cut security tags

Opened factory seals (when applicable)
may be denied or subject to partial refund at our discretion.
For sealed items, breaking or removing factory seals, shrink wrap, or protective packaging voids return eligibility unless the item is confirmed defective.
We reserve the right to document serial numbers, unique identifiers, and product markings prior to shipment for fraud prevention.
Graded & High-Value Items
Graded items (including trading cards or collectibles) must be returned in the exact slab or case condition received.
Tampering with graded slabs, cracking cases, or attempting re-submission voids return eligibility.
High-value electronics and consoles may be subject to additional verification prior to refund approval.
Refund Method
If a return is approved, refunds may be issued as store credit unless otherwise required by applicable law or payment processor policy.
Store credit:

Has no cash value

Is non-transferable

Cannot be redeemed for cash

Must be used within 3 months
Where required by law, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return qualifies under an eligible condition listed above.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive:

An item damaged in transit
You must contact us within the applicable return window and provide:

Clear photos of the item

Clear photos of packaging and shipping label
We will initiate a carrier investigation when necessary. Carrier investigations typically require 5–7 business days, though timelines may vary.
Resolution (replacement, store credit, or refund) will be determined after completion of the carrier investigation.
We do not issue refunds for packages still in transit.
Shipping Carrier Responsibility
We are not responsible for carrier delays outside of our control.
If an order is marked as delivered but you believe it was not received:

Check with neighbors or household members
We will assist in opening a carrier inquiry when applicable.
Risk of loss transfers upon confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout, subject to applicable state law.
Fraud & Chargeback Protection
Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting us for resolution may delay investigation and refund processing.
If a chargeback is filed after confirmed delivery, we reserve the right to provide tracking confirmation, signature confirmation, serial number documentation, and delivery records to the payment processor.
Fraudulent return attempts or chargebacks may result in permanent account restrictions.
