Shipping policy

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During high-volume periods, promotional events, or peak seasons, processing times may be extended.

An order is not considered shipped until a tracking number (when applicable) has been generated and assigned.

We reserve the right to delay shipment for order verification, fraud prevention, payment review, or inventory reconciliation.


Carriers & Fulfillment

We ship using trusted carriers including:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Shipping labels may be generated through Pirate Ship or other approved carrier platforms.

Customers may select a shipping method at checkout when available. However, we reserve the right to use an equivalent carrier or service level to ensure safe, secure, and timely delivery.

Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

All orders totaling $750.00 or more will require signature confirmation upon delivery.

We reserve the right to require signature confirmation on any order at our discretion for fraud prevention or security purposes.


Free Shipping Policy

Free shipping applies to qualifying orders of $125.00 or more, unless the total shipment weight exceeds 15 lbs.

Orders exceeding 15 lbs may incur standard shipping charges due to carrier weight limits, dimensional weight rules, or oversized package restrictions.

Shipping rates are calculated based on estimated weight and dimensions at the time of listing.

Final shipping charges may be adjusted prior to shipment if:

  • Actual packaged weight differs from listing estimate

  • Box size or dimensional weight differs from listing estimate

  • Carrier-imposed dimensional weight adjustments apply

  • Multi-package shipment becomes necessary

If an order requires multiple packages, shipping will be calculated as the combined cost of all packages. In such cases:

  • You will receive multiple tracking numbers

  • Insurance will be applied to each package when applicable

  • Signature confirmation will be required for each package when applicable

We reserve the right to adjust packaging methods, box sizes, or carrier selection as necessary to ensure safe delivery.


Tracking

Tracking is provided for most orders.

Orders under $60 total value may ship without tracking at our discretion.

Once tracking is generated (when applicable), it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may not update immediately.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Item weight

  • Package dimensions

  • Destination

  • Selected service level

  • Carrier dimensional weight rules

Shipping charges do not include taxes unless explicitly stated.

Carrier rate changes, surcharges, peak season adjustments, fuel surcharges, and dimensional weight recalculations are outside of our control.


Shipping Adjustments

In rare cases involving:

  • Carrier dimensional adjustments

  • Address correction fees

  • Carrier rate discrepancies

  • Multi-platform synchronization delays

  • Carrier reclassification of service level

We reserve the right to correct shipping charges prior to shipment.

If an adjustment is required, the customer will be notified before fulfillment.

If the customer declines the adjustment, the order may be canceled and refunded.


Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or returned packages resulting from:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Incomplete addresses

  • Apartment or suite omissions

  • Forwarding errors

  • Mailbox capacity limitations

If a package is returned to us due to an address error or failure to receive, additional shipping charges may apply.


High-Value & Electronics Shipments

High-value items, including but not limited to gaming consoles, collectible electronics, graded cards, or limited-edition merchandise, may be subject to:

  • Signature confirmation

  • Insurance coverage

  • Additional packaging safeguards

  • Fraud verification review

We reserve the right to delay shipment pending fraud verification or identity confirmation for high-risk transactions.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order:

  • Arrives damaged

  • Is lost in transit

  • Does not arrive as expected

You must contact us promptly within the applicable return or claim window.

We will initiate a carrier investigation when appropriate.

Carrier investigations typically require 5–7 business days, but timelines may vary by carrier.

Resolution (replacement, store credit, refund, or other appropriate remedy) will be determined after the carrier investigation is completed.

We do not issue refunds for packages still in transit.


Delivered But Not Received

If tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout but you believe the package was not received:

  • Contact us immediately

  • Check with household members or neighbors

  • Verify delivery location

  • Contact the carrier directly

We will assist in opening a carrier inquiry when applicable.

Responsibility transfers upon confirmed delivery by the carrier, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.


Signature Confirmation

Orders above specified value thresholds may require signature confirmation.

Failure to accept a required signature delivery may result in carrier return or delay.

If a package is returned due to refusal or failure to sign, additional shipping fees may apply.


Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for select items.

When local pickup is selected:

  • Valid identification matching the order may be required

  • Pickup must occur within the designated timeframe

  • Once marked as picked up, the transaction is considered complete

Local pickup orders are subject to the same return eligibility rules as shipped orders.


Inventory Synchronization

Due to multi-platform inventory synchronization, an item may become unavailable between the time of purchase and order processing.

In such cases, the order will be canceled and refunded promptly.

We are not responsible for inventory discrepancies caused by third-party platform synchronization delays.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Natural disasters

  • Holidays

  • Government actions

  • Customs processing

  • Labor strikes

  • Events outside our control

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier to the address provided at checkout, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Nothing in this policy limits rights granted under Massachusetts consumer protection law.
